Use Your Registered Email (Not Login ID)
- IMPORTANT: We recently updated our system, and you now need to log in using your registered email address, NOT your previous login ID.
Click on ‘Log In’
- Once your credentials are entered, click the ‘Log In’ button.
Access Your Membership
- You should now have access to your member dashboard, where you can manage your bookings, view your membership details, and explore exclusive deals.
Common Login Issues & How To Solve Them
If you don’t remember your password, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link (it may take a few minutes).
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
- Try logging in again with your new password.
- Try using an alternate email address that you may have registered with.
- Check for emails from Vacancy Rewards in your inbox to confirm which email is linked to your account.
- If you still can’t remember your email, contact our support team.
- If your email is not recognized, it could be due to a typo during registration.
- You can update your registered email by contacting Vacancy Rewards Support (contact details below).
- Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password.
- Ensure that Caps Lock is turned OFF.
- If the issue persists, reset your password using the Forgot Password option.
- Check your spam/promotions/junk folder.
- Make sure your email address is entered correctly.
- If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes, contact our support team.
- Ensure your device has an active internet connection.
- Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
- If using a mobile device, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Make sure you are using an updated version of:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
- Avoid Internet Explorer, as it may not support all site features.
